Vinod Kambli’s tweet on Indian team changes for 4th test gets fiercely trolled

India’s humiliating defeat in the 3rd test at Leeds by an innings & 71 runs. Led the Indian cricket experts to come out with lots of permutations and combinations on the team composition and personnel changes.

First, there is the bowling composition, whether India really need to go with 4 fast bowlers and one spinner. A template Virat Kohli has openly announced that he will follow in this series. Or now the time has come to unleash both the leading spinners in this series along with 3 fast bowlers.

Another school of thought is that India should play 6 batsmen and play just 4 bowlers, a theory brought forward by Dilip  Vengsarkar. Vinod Kambli’s tweet on Indian team changes for 4th test gets fiercely trolled.

India’s former left-handed batsman during early 1990s and Sachin’s partner in crime during their schooldays,  Vinod Kambli has also come out with his version. Kambli said that If he had been the Indian captain, he would have played Ashwin and played 3 fast bowlers instead of 4 . And in the batting department, he would have rested Ajinkya Rahane and brought in Surya Kumar Yadav in his place.

Kambli’s above post on the tweeter attracted a lot of critical comments and fans started to revert to the tweet.  The former Indian international who had a test average of 54 after some high scoring knocks before wayward lifestyle shortened his Indian career, was subject to a lot  of sarcastic comments on his tweet.

Some of the tweet replies was  as under.
