 The final of the World Test Championship is to be played on June 7.  Before this the players of Team India will play in IPL.  Duke ball will be used in the final match played in England.  Rohit said after the match, “By May 21, six teams will be out of IPL-2023.  That’s why we will try to send Indian players of these teams to UK soon.  We will monitor their workload and the bowlers will be given Dukes ball to prepare for the WTC final during IPL.”


 Rohit said after the win that it was fantastic.  After playing 40 days of good cricket, we were standing here with a result.  We knew how important it was to start the series with a win.

 The captain said that I feel proud of the Delhi Test, because we were far behind and we came back from there and won after fighting a lot.

 Praising Virat Kohli, Rohit said that it was nice to see him score a century.  We all know his class.  Earlier he had scored a century in limited overs cricket and now in Test cricket.

The captain said that Virat Kohli was the biggest reason behind India’s strong position in the fourth Test.
 On preparations for the final of the World Test Championship, Rohit said that the workload of all the players will be monitored.

 The captain said that the bowlers will be given Dukes ball during the IPL for practice ahead of the WTC final.


 Rohit said that by May 21, 6 teams will be out of IPL.  In such a situation, we will try that those players reach England in advance.
