Rishabh Pant is back with the Indian team after negative tests
Good news for the India test squad as Rishabh Pant is back in the Indian team bubble after getting negative tests for covid.
It may be mentioned that Pant had report covid positive around 14 days ago. While the Indian team members were on a 3-week break after the WTC final vs New Zealand.
Pant was under quarantine in a local friend’s house after his positive tests. and has joined the Indian team bubble now after negative reports.
Pant was seen at the Wimbley stadium for the Euros 2020 game between England and Germany after which he got covid infect.
Rishabh, who has scored his first test 100 at the Oval in India’s last test series in England in 2018. Is expected to start practising from today as due to his quarantine, he missed the 3-day tour game at Durham.
The BCCI has shared a tweeter post with a photo of Pant; entering the team hotel and wearing a funny looking red mask.
