Pakistan rally to Reach 212/4 on 1st day of 2nd test v West Indies
After an epic 1st test. The West Indies and Pakistan are up against each other in the 2nd test and what a start we had in the game. !!
Kemar Roach was all over Pakistan as they batted first. Roach dismissed Abud Ali and Azhar Ali through probing deliveries outside off forcing the batters to play and Jayden Seales followed suit when he got Imran Butt to a similar delivery to send Pakistan reeling at 2/3.
However, Babar Azam and Fawad Alam stemmed the rot a d played sensibly, scoring off loose deliveries as the West Indies bowlers continued to probe the Pakistan batters. They put up an unbeaten stand of over 150 runs after which Alam had cramps and had to leave the field 76 not out. Babar was finally out for 75 edging another fine probing delivery from Roach to Holder. Pakistan rally to each 212/4 on 1st day of 2nd test v West Indies.
Mohammed Rizwan (22*) and Faheem Ashraf (23*) batted solidly to put Pakistan in a good position when bad light stopped play with Pakistan 212/4.
Kemar Roach (3/49) was the outstanding bowler of the day as Pakistan managed to rescue itself from a critical situation at 2/3.
