Inglis has a,wide range of shots — the cuts , drives and flicks.  He is a great exponent of the kap shot which he plays with gay abandon.

New selector George Bailey has spoken highly if Inglis saying that the he was in the selectors’ radar for a while.

Ricky Ponting has always rated him highly & spoke glowingly about Inglis’  ability in the shortest format.

A decent world cup can open up an IPL prospect for Inglis in the next IPL auctions in 2022.
