India Legends Defeat West Indies Legands
The world of cricket is a buzz with the cheers of fans as the legends of the cricketing world take on the field on the occasion of Road Safety World Series T20. Sachin Tendulkar has been leading the Indian Team and it has been a delight to watch the legends at play. The Indian team which consists of players like Master Blaster Sachin Tendulkar, Virender Sehwag and Yuvraj Singh have already wowed the world with their spectacular performance. The Indian team of legends has defeated West Indies legends by 13 runs and with this victory have entered into the final clash of Road Safety World Series T20.
INDIA LEGENDS TAKE OVER THE FIELD
Tendulkar paved the path of victory with his match-winning 65 runs. Virender Sehwag also appeared on the pitch but could not stay for long. But the legendary player did not lose the chance of making an impression. And then came the blockbuster six-hitting spree of Yuvraj Singh. It was the battle of semi-finals and the Indian team posted 218 runs at the loss of 3 wickets.
CHASE NOT ACCOMPLISHED
Now it was West Indies legends who had to chase this whooping score. West Indies tried its best to come neck to neck with India but got restricted at 206 for six wickets. Two West Indian wickets were taken by pacer R Vinay. And these wickets were the soul of the team. Brain Lara and Tino Best were sent to the pavilion by R Vinay in the 18th over which
brought India back in the game. Dwayne Smith and Narsingh Deonarine had played extremely well and made 63 and 59 runs respectively. But all this was in vain once the team lost in front of the England Legends.
YUVRAJ AT HIS BEST
Indian legends had created a score of 200 plus in their second successive game and India Legends Defeat West Indies Legands. Tendulkar, as always, was great and Yuvraj also delivered a charismatic performance playing straight for 20 balls which included 6 sixes and 1 four. Sehwag, Yusuf Pathan, and Mohamed Kaif also contributed to the score. Yuvraj hit 6 sixes in the last two overs followed by 4 fours in the 19th over and the last two great hits came in the last over of Suleiman Benn.
