India all set to field another debutant in 3rd T20I

All eyes are on the 3rd T20I between India and Sri Lanka.  With the series 1-1, both the teams which are depleted due to different reasons is likely to fight hard to win the decider with several inexperienced players on both sides.

Sri Lanka is likely to field the same winning combination. Which performed well to edge out India in the last over of the 2nd T20I. However, in the absence of Rajpaksha and Nissanka, the middle order has looked under par with Dhananjaya D Silva taking lots of load.

For India, it will be a big challenge for players like Gaekwad, Paddikal, Sakariya and Nitish Rana. Who had their debuts but did not exactly set the stage on fire.  Skipper Dhawan will again have to take the responsibility to play a longer innings with only 5 specialist batsmen in the team. Sanju Samson needs to fire strongly after a poor outing with the bat in the last game. India all set to field another debutant in 3rd T20I .

The bowling looks ok for the spin helpful conditions but with Navdeep Saini hurting his shoulder. We may see another debutant for India from amongst the standby bowlers Sandip Warrier, Arshdeep Singh and Ishan Porel. Of the above three Arshdeep looks the most likely to make his debut being more experienced bowler in IPL circuit.

Ideally, India needed a batter but there is not a single batsman on the standby list.

The weather is likely to be fine but there are chances of some rain in the late evening.
