Good news from Australia for IPL 2021
The second phase of IPL 2021 is going to start in 5 weeks time. Meanwhile, the scenarios are getting more clearer by the day on the availability of overseas players. Already it is confirmed that all the New Zealand players who are attached with different teams will be participating in the IPL 2021. Second phase in UAE & therefore they will not feature in the international tours of Bangladesh and Pakistan.
Some encouraging news has come from Australia. 5 of their IPL players Steve Smith, Marcus Stoinis, Nathan Coulter-Nile, Glenn Maxwell and Chris Lynn will be available to play for their respective teams in the IPL. Good news from Australia for IPL 2021.
There were some doubts about Smith’s elbow injury but he has confirmed his participation. In cases of others, they had already skipped the West Indies and Bangladesh tours due to bio bubble fatigue. And now are ready to play for their IPL teams. As well as to get vital match practice ahead of the T20I world cup in which many of the above players should be selected for Australia.
Amongst the other IPL players of Australia both Adam Zampa and Pat Cummins have already made themselves unavailable. While so far David Warner is yet to reveal his intentions to come back for the IPL in September.
