Changes expected in Indian bowling attack: The final game of England tour of India is to be played now at Pune which is the final ODI .The 3 match series is locked 1-1 . Hence a grand finale is expected on Sunday .

England put up a dominant performance against India in 2nd game after losing the first match from a winning position. Their batsmen maintained their aggressive mindset in 2nd game  but with a little difference. They just ensured that wickets don’t fall in a rush in their chase and once that was ensured , the win came with relative ease though Bhuvneshwar and Prasidh did get few quick wickets at the back end .

England will be playing  their same XI in final ODI with only one change expected . Mark Wood if fully fit many replace a less impressive Tom Curran who has looked flat in this series .

Probable playing XI

Roy, Bairstow, Stokes, Malan, Buttler, Livingstone, Moeen Ali, Sam Curran, Rashid, Topley, Mark Wood / Tom Curran.

Changes expected in Indian bowling attack

India after a humiliating defeat in 2nd game may look to change their under performing spinners . Both Kuldeep and Krunal had a horror game and will be asked to warm the benches in all likelihood . Chance for Yuzi Chahal to come back in XI along with Sundar. However with pitch helping fast bowlers more there is a possibility of playing either Siraj or Natarajan in the XI. It remains to be seen whether India goes in with 4 fast bowlers or continue with the more familiar ratio of 3 pacers and 2 spinners .

The Indian batting in first 30 overs also needs to score at a faster rate to match the England strike rate of first 30 overs as that was a major difference in final result. However this is easier said than Changes expected in Indian bowling attack. However the Indian batsmen are expected to show more intent against England spinners who went relatively unscathed in 2nd game .

Probable playing XI

Dhawan, Rohit, Kohli, Rahul, Pant, Hardik, Shardul,  Bhuvneshwar, Prasidh, Chahal, Washington/ Natarajan

The weather should remain file with temperature in mid 30s and the pitch is expected to be flat with full of runs .
